アカウント情報 / Account Information

メールアドレス、認証用識別子等、利用者が新規登録・ログイン時に提供する情報。当方は認証基盤として Supabase を利用しており、これらの情報は Supabase 上に保管されます。

Email address and authentication identifiers provided by users at sign-up or sign-in. We use Supabase as our authentication backend, and such information is stored on Supabase.

お問い合わせ情報 / Inquiry Information

お問い合わせフォーム等を通じて利用者から任意に提供される氏名、会社名（任意）、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容等。当方は、対応のため当該内容をメールで受信し、必要に応じてサーバー上にも保管します。

Name, company name (optional), email address, and inquiry content voluntarily provided through our contact form. We receive such inquiries by email for response and may also store them on our servers as needed.

自動的に取得される情報 / Automatically Collected Information

IP アドレス、ユーザーエージェント、リファラ、アクセス日時等のアクセスログ。Cookie および類似技術（ブラウザの localStorage / sessionStorage 等）に保存される情報（言語設定、UI 状態、CSV Lab における作業中のレシピ・設定情報等）。

IP address, user agent, referrer, access timestamps, and similar access logs. Information stored via cookies and similar technologies such as localStorage / sessionStorage in the user’s browser (language preference, UI state, and the user’s in-progress recipes / settings within CSV Lab, etc.).

本サイトのアクセス解析情報 / Site Access Analytics

当方の自社運用およびホスティング事業者の解析機能のため、本サイト（コーポレートサイト部分）において、閲覧したページのパス、アクセス日時、リファラ、国・地域等のおおよその所在地、ユーザーエージェント（ブラウザ・端末の種別等）を取得することがあります。あわせて、当方が Cookie に保存する匿名の訪問者識別子（bt_vid）を取得し、Supabase 上に保管することがあります。また、ホスティング事業者である Vercel, Inc. が提供する Web Analytics（以下「Vercel Analytics」）を利用し、ページビュー、リファラ、国・地域、ブラウザ／端末の種別等のアクセス傾向を集計します。Vercel Analytics は、個人を特定するための Cookie を設置しない方式で動作する旨が公表されています（詳細は Vercel のプライバシーポリシー等を参照）。これらの解析は、サイトの品質改善、SEO（検索エンジン最適化）や地域別アクセス傾向の把握、集客効果の把握等のための内部分析・レポート作成に用います。訪問者の氏名・メールアドレス等、個人を直接特定できる情報は、当該アクセス解析の目的では記録しません。CSV Lab の利用画面（ログイン後の作業画面）および GoPro レコーダーは、本条のアクセス解析の対象外です。

For our internal operations and hosting-provider analytics on the corporate Site, we may collect the path of pages viewed, access timestamps, referrer, approximate country/region, and user agent (browser/device type, etc.). We may also store an anonymous visitor identifier in a cookie (bt_vid) on Supabase. In addition, we use Web Analytics provided by our hosting provider, Vercel, Inc. (“Vercel Analytics”), which aggregates access trends such as page views, referrers, country/region, and browser/device type. Vercel states that Vercel Analytics operates without setting cookies for the purpose of identifying individuals (see Vercel’s privacy policy and related documentation). We use this analytics for internal analysis and reporting, including improving the Site, understanding SEO performance, regional access trends, and measuring customer-acquisition effectiveness. We do not record names, email addresses, or other information that directly identifies individuals for this analytics purpose. CSV Lab’s authenticated workspace and GoPro Recorder are outside the scope of this Site access analytics.

月額課金サービスに関する情報 / Subscription Billing Information

月額課金サービスの申込・契約・請求にあたり、氏名または担当者名、メールアドレス、会社名・屋号、請求先住所・電話番号、適格請求書等に用いる登録番号（税 ID）、選択したプランおよび契約内容、ならびに当方が業務上記録する案件メモ等。クレジットカード番号等の決済手段の詳細は、決済事業者（Stripe）が取得・保持し、当方のサーバーには保存しません（第 11 条参照）。

In connection with applying for, contracting, and billing the Subscription Services: name or contact person name, email address, company or trade name, billing address and phone number, tax ID used for qualified invoices (where applicable), selected plan and contract details, and internal project notes we record for operations. Payment instrument details such as credit card numbers are collected and retained by our payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers (see Section 11).

CSV Lab において利用者が提供するデータ / Data You Provide via CSV Lab

CSV / TDMS 等のアップロードされたデータファイル、当該データに対して指定された処理レシピ（計算式・パラメータ等）。

CSV / TDMS data files you upload and the processing recipes (formulas, parameters, etc.) you specify against such files.

GoPro レコーダーにおいて端末上で扱うデータ / Data Handled Locally by GoPro Recorder

カメラ等のビデオ入力デバイスから取得する映像データ、利用者が指定した保存先フォルダへの録画ファイル（MP4 等）、OS が付与するカメラデバイス名等の識別情報。Windows 版では、利用者が有効にした場合に限り、既定のマイクから取得する音声データ。

Video data from camera or other video input devices, recording files (e.g., MP4) saved to a folder you designate, and device identifiers such as camera names provided by the operating system. On the Windows edition, audio from the default microphone is captured only when you enable that option.

LoopBreak における匿名の利用状況・技術情報 / Anonymous Usage and Technical Data in LoopBreak

LoopBreak（Android 版）では、個人を特定する目的ではなく、品質改善・不具合対応のために、Firebase Crashlytics および Firebase Analytics（Google LLC）を通じて、以下の匿名の情報を取得することがあります。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・SNS アカウント等の個人を直接特定できる情報は、これらの SDK により意図的に収集しません。

• クラッシュ発生時のスタックトレース、端末 OS バージョン、アプリ版
• オンボーディング完了、ブロック機能の ON/OFF、対象プラットフォーム（YouTube Shorts / Instagram Reels / X）の選択状態等の匿名イベント
• Firebase が付与する匿名のインストール ID 等の識別子（個人名ではありません）

お問い合わせ機能を利用する場合に限り、利用者が入力した氏名、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容を当方のサーバー（Supabase）に送信します（第 9 条参照）。

In LoopBreak (Android), we may collect the following anonymous information via Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) for quality improvement and troubleshooting—not to identify you personally. We do not intentionally collect directly identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or social-media accounts through these SDKs.

• Crash stack traces, device OS version, and app version
• Anonymous events such as onboarding completion, blocking toggles, and platform selections (YouTube Shorts / Instagram Reels / X)
• Anonymous identifiers assigned by Firebase (e.g., installation IDs—not your personal name)

If you use the in-app contact feature, we transmit the name, email address, and message content you enter to our servers (Supabase) as described in Section 9.

LoopBreak において端末内のみで扱うデータ / Data Processed Only on Device in LoopBreak

DNS / VPN によるフィルタ処理で参照するドメイン名、およびアクセシビリティ機能により検知する YouTube アプリの UI イベントは、端末内でのみ処理し、当方のサーバーへ送信しません。閲覧中の画面テキストや動画の内容を収集・送信することはありません。

Domain names inspected for DNS/VPN filtering and UI events detected via the accessibility feature for the YouTube app are processed only on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. We do not collect or transmit on-screen text or video content you view.

アップロードファイルの保管 / Storage of Uploaded Files

利用者がアップロードした CSV / TDMS ファイルは、Amazon S3 に一時的に保管され、API サーバーが署名付き URL を介して取得します。これらのファイルは原則として有限期間経過後に自動的に削除されます。

Files you upload to CSV Lab are temporarily stored on Amazon S3 and fetched by our API server via signed URLs. Such files are, in principle, automatically deleted after a finite retention period.

処理結果のキャッシュ / Processing Result Caching

サーバーの負荷軽減および応答速度の向上のため、同一の入力ファイル・同一のレシピに対する処理結果を、サーバーの一時領域（/tmp 配下）に一定時間・一定容量を上限として保存することがあります。当該キャッシュはサーバー再起動または上限超過時に削除されます。

To reduce server load and improve responsiveness, processing results corresponding to identical inputs (file and recipe) may be cached in the server’s ephemeral storage (under /tmp) up to a configured time and size limit. Such caches are discarded upon server restart or when the limit is exceeded.

計算用中間値のメモ化 / In-Memory Memoization

CoolProp 等による物性値計算については、純粋な計算結果（同じ入力に対して常に同じ出力となる値）に限り、サーバープロセスのメモリ内で再利用します。当該メモ化は個人情報を含みません。

For thermophysical property calculations (e.g., via CoolProp), pure computation results (i.e., outputs that are deterministic for given inputs) may be reused within the server process’s memory. Such memoization does not contain personal information.

データの所有権と二次利用 / Data Ownership and Secondary Use

利用者がアップロードしたデータおよび当該データに対する処理結果の権利は、利用者に帰属します。当方は、利用者の事前の同意なく、これらのデータを機械学習モデルの学習用途、第三者への販売・提供、その他本サービスの提供に必要な範囲を超える二次利用をしません。

You retain rights in the data you upload and in the corresponding processing results. Without your prior consent, we will not use such data for machine-learning training, sale or transfer to third parties, or any secondary purpose beyond what is necessary to provide the Services.

ブロック機能の端末内処理 / On-Device Blocking

Instagram Reels および X のフィード API ドメインの遮断は、Android 版では VPN（DNS フィルタ）により、macOS 版では端末上のローカル DNS により行います。YouTube Shorts の検知は、Android 版のアクセシビリティ機能により YouTube アプリの UI イベントのみを参照します。これらの処理に用いるドメイン名・UI イベントは端末外へ送信しません。

Blocking of Instagram Reels and X feed API domains uses a VPN (DNS filter) on Android and local DNS on macOS. YouTube Shorts detection on Android references UI events in the YouTube app via the accessibility service only. Domain names and UI events used for blocking are not transmitted off your device.

匿名の分析・クラッシュログ / Anonymous Analytics and Crash Reports

Android 版では、Firebase Crashlytics および Firebase Analytics を利用し、第 3 条に記載の匿名の技術情報・イベントを Google LLC に送信します。個人を特定する目的では利用せず、氏名・メールアドレス等をこれらの SDK で収集しません。macOS 版（現行リリース）では、Firebase を組み込んでいません。

On Android, we use Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics to send the anonymous technical data and events described in Section 3 to Google LLC. We do not use them to identify individuals and do not collect names or email addresses through these SDKs. The current macOS edition does not embed Firebase.

アプリ内お問い合わせ / In-App Contact

Android 版のアプリ内お問い合わせフォームから送信された氏名、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容は、TLS により暗号化された通信で当方のサーバー（Supabase、ホスティングは Vercel）に保管されます。利用者が送信しない限り、当方はこれらの情報を取得しません。

Name, email address, and message content submitted through the in-app contact form on Android are stored on our servers (Supabase; hosted via Vercel) over TLS-encrypted connections. We do not collect this information unless you submit the form.

OS の権限 / OS Permissions

Android 版は、DNS フィルタのため VPN 権限、YouTube Shorts ブロックのためアクセシビリティ権限、フォアグラウンド通知のため通知権限（Android 13 以降）を利用者の同意に基づき使用します。macOS 版は、ローカル DNS の設定および（必要に応じて）管理者権限によるネットワーク設定の変更を利用者の操作に基づき行います。

On Android, with your consent, the app uses VPN permission for DNS filtering, accessibility permission for YouTube Shorts blocking, and notification permission (Android 13+) for foreground service notices. On macOS, local DNS configuration and, where needed, network changes requiring administrator privileges are performed based on your actions.

ローカル処理およびクラウド非送信 / Local Processing; No Cloud Upload to Us

映像のプレビュー、録画、MP4 への書き出しは、利用者の端末上でのみ行われます。当方のサーバー（本ポリシー第 6 条に記載の Supabase、Vercel、Railway、Amazon S3 等）へ、録画内容やカメラ映像を送信・保管することはありません。アカウント登録や利用者認証も行いません。

Preview, recording, and MP4 export occur entirely on your device. We do not transmit or store your recordings or live camera feed on our servers (including those listed in Section 6). The app does not require account registration or user authentication.

OS の権限と保存先 / OS Permissions and Output Location

macOS 版は App Sandbox 下で動作し、カメラの利用および利用者がファイル選択ダイアログで指定したフォルダへの読み書きに、OS の権限ダイアログを通じて同意をいただきます。Windows 版では、カメラおよび（音声録音を有効にした場合）マイクの利用について、Windows のプライバシー設定等で許可をいただく必要があります。完成した MP4 ファイルは、利用者が指定したフォルダにのみ保存されます。

On macOS, the app runs under App Sandbox and requests your consent via system dialogs for camera access and read/write access to folders you pick in the file picker. On Windows, you must allow camera access (and microphone access if you enable audio recording) through Windows privacy settings. Finished MP4 files are saved only in folders you designate.

一時ファイル / Temporary Files

録画の変換処理のため、端末の一時領域（macOS ではシステムの一時ディレクトリ、Windows では処理中の中間ファイル等）に一時的な動画・音声ファイルを作成することがあります。処理完了後、当該一時ファイルは原則として削除されます。

During conversion, temporary video or audio files may be created in your device’s temporary storage (e.g., the system temp directory on macOS, or intermediate files during processing on Windows). Such temporary files are, in principle, removed after processing completes.

外部通信 / External Network Access

アプリ本体は、録画機能の提供に必要な通信を行いません。フッター等から Bulltechs のウェブサイト（https://bulltechs.com）または本ポリシー（https://bulltechs.com/privacy）を開く場合に限り、利用者の既定ブラウザ経由で当該 URL にアクセスします。当方は、Google Analytics 等の解析ツールを本アプリに組み込んでいません。

The application does not perform network communication necessary to provide recording features. Only when you open links in the footer (such as https://bulltechs.com or https://bulltechs.com/privacy) does your default browser access those URLs. We do not embed third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics in the app.

データの所有権 / Data Ownership

録画・保存された映像（および Windows 版で有効化した場合の音声）の権利は、利用者に帰属します。当方は、利用者の事前の同意なく、これらのデータを当方サーバーへ収集したり、機械学習の学習用途や第三者への提供に用いたりしません。

You retain rights in your recorded and saved video (and audio, if enabled on Windows). Without your prior consent, we do not collect such data on our servers or use it for machine-learning training or provision to third parties.

申込および決済の流れ / Application and Payment Flow

月額課金サービスは、ヒアリング等の後、当方が発行する Stripe Checkout の URL から申し込んでいただく場合があります。申込時に提供された情報は、契約の締結・履行および請求のために利用します。帳票（請求書・領収書等）に会社名・住所・登録番号等が記載されることについて、申込をもってご同意いただいたものとします。

You may subscribe via a Stripe Checkout URL we issue after consultation. Information provided at signup is used to enter into and perform the contract and for billing. By applying, you agree that company name, address, registration numbers, and similar details may appear on invoices, receipts, and related documents.

決済手段およびカード情報 / Payment Methods and Card Data

クレジットカード等の決済手段情報は Stripe が取得・保持します。当方はカード番号等を自社サーバーに保存しません。決済手段の変更は、原則として Stripe が提供するカスタマーポータル等から行っていただきます。解約の受付は、原則として当方（お問い合わせまたはメール）にて対応します。

Stripe collects and retains payment-method details such as card numbers. We do not store card numbers on our servers. Payment-method updates are generally handled through Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation requests are generally handled by us via the contact form or email.

請求書・領収書 / Invoices and Receipts

請求書および領収書は、原則として Stripe からお客様の登録メールアドレスへ送付します。適格請求書（インボイス）への対応は、当方が適格請求書発行事業者の登録を行った後に実施します。

Invoices and receipts are generally emailed by Stripe to your registered address. Qualified invoice (Japanese invoice-system) support will be implemented after we complete registration as a qualified invoice issuer.

保存期間 / Retention

契約の履行に必要な間、当該情報を利用・保管します。契約終了後も、法令に基づく保存が必要な範囲で保持することがあります（目安として最大7年程度。法令でそれ以上の保存が求められる場合は、その期間）。Stripe 上の顧客・請求データは、Stripe の保存方針に従います。当方が Supabase 上に保管する契約・請求台帳は、実績管理および税務・会計対応のため、上記に準じて保持します。

We use and retain such information for as long as needed to perform the contract. After the contract ends, we may retain information to the extent required by law (as a guideline, up to about seven years; longer if the law requires). Customer and billing data on Stripe follow Stripe’s retention practices. Contract and billing ledgers we store on Supabase are retained consistently with the above for operational records and tax/accounting compliance.
