販売価格Prices

月額の保守・顧問等の料金は、本サイトのサービス案内および料金・お支払い、ならびに Stripe Checkout 上に表示する金額（税抜表示。消費税は別途）とします。公開している一回払いオプション（回数超過の修正・顧客都合の復旧）の金額は/payに掲載し、同ページから Checkout へ進めます。その他の一回払いや月額の申込用 Checkout は、ヒアリング後に当方が発行するリンクに表示する税抜金額とします。いずれも申込・支払い前の画面でご確認ください。

Recurring maintenance/advisory fees are the amounts shown on our services and pricing pages and on Stripe Checkout (exclusive of tax; consumption tax is additional). Published one-time options (extra text/image edits and customer-requested data recovery) are listed on /pay, where you can proceed to Checkout. Other one-time amounts and subscription Checkout links are issued after a hearing and show the tax-exclusive figure on that link. Please confirm the amount on the payment screen before you pay.

代金以外に必要な料金Additional Charges

消費税（適用される場合）。インターネット接続料金その他通信費はお客様のご負担です。物理配送料はありません。

Consumption tax where applicable. Internet and other communication costs are borne by the customer. There are no shipping fees.

支払方法Payment Methods

クレジットカード（Stripe 経由）。一回払いの Checkout では、Stripe Dashboard で有効化された場合に PayPay もご利用いただけます。月額サブスクリプションの継続課金は、カード等の継続決済手段によります（PayPay はサブスク Checkout では利用できません）。

Credit card via Stripe. For one-time Checkout, PayPay may also appear when enabled in the Stripe Dashboard. Recurring subscriptions use card (or other recurring-capable methods); PayPay is not available on subscription Checkout.

支払時期Payment Timing

Stripe Checkout でのお支払い手続き完了時。月額サブスクリプションは、以降、契約に基づき定期的に自動請求します。

When you complete payment on Stripe Checkout. For subscriptions, subsequent charges are billed automatically per the contract.

役務・デジタルコンテンツの提供時期Delivery / Performance

お支払いの確認後、個別の契約内容または案内に従い、役務の提供またはデジタルサービスの利用を開始します。物理商品の発送はありません。

After payment is confirmed, we begin the service or grant access to the digital product according to the individual agreement or instructions. No physical goods are shipped.

返品・キャンセル・解約Returns / Cancellation

デジタル役務・カスタム制作・一回払いの決済完了後は、性質上、原則として返金・キャンセルには応じられません。月額サブスクリプションの解約は、お問い合わせまたはメールにて受け付けます。クーリング・オフが適用されない取引については、その旨をご了承ください。法令上お客様に認められる権利がある場合は、その範囲で対応します。

After payment for digital services, custom work, or one-time charges is completed, refunds or cancellations are generally not available due to the nature of the service. Subscription cancellations are accepted via the contact form or email. Where a statutory cooling-off right does not apply, please understand that limitation. We will honor any rights you have under applicable law.
